ABOUT ME

Guadalupe Julio graduated California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Animation.

Growing up, she had always enjoyed arts and crafts, drawing, or just simply the act of creating. It wasn't until high school that she realized that this was not longer a hobby: she had found a passion for art and, throughout the years, has been able to experiment with different mediums of art. However, it was animation that had sparked her creativity and curiosity as a child. She would find herself drawing and mimicking the styles of animated TV shows and movies, creating her own characters and stories that would fit into those worlds, but it was the thought of bringing those characters to life that fascinated her the most.

During her years at CSUN, she has taken a wide array of courses that have allowed her to learn and utilize different softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Maya. Her goal is to be able to bring something to the table as well as being able to instill a part of her into everything that she creates. She aims to apply the skills that she has obtained once she becomes a part of the animation industry and will continue to dedicate herself to improving those skills as well as obtain new ones. She wishes to be part of a team that produces work and projects that aim to touch people's lives and inspire them.
